Alternating between live calls

Avaya one-X Agent allows you to alternate between two live calls to carry out private conversation with each called party. You can use this function during consultive transfer and consultative conference.

Use the following steps when you have two live calls in the Work List window.

On two live calls, perform the following actions:

You may continue to alternate between the first party and the third party call by clicking on the corresponding hold button. When you speak to one party, the other party's call is put on hold.
